Gaming Updated: 25 November 2024 Kratos’ voice actor teases God of War news for December 1 – WGB By thetimes365.com 25 November 2024 14 0 Share FacebookLinkedinTwitterPinterestWhatsApp Must Read Foodthetimes365.com - 6 January 2025How I Find Inspiration for Weeknight Meals Fashionthetimes365.com - 6 January 2025Found—Claudia Winkleman’s Exact Leggings She Wears on The Traitors Businessthetimes365.com - 6 January 20253,800 North Korean Troops Killed or Wounded in Kursk: Zelenskyy thetimes365.comhttp://thetimes365.com Christopher Judge, the iconic voice of Kratos, has teased God of War related news coming in the next few weeks in a recent stream. Reddit user AngieK22 compiled the two relevant clips which were taken from Judge’s recent stream. “We will be making new project announcements and kinda giving you some behind the scenes looks at the new stuff we’re doing, so yes, all very exciting” said Judge with a smile. “Next two weeks are going to be chock full of announcements and all kinds of good stuff, ” says Judge in the clip. “Thank you so much for joining us, and we will talk to you soon, BOY!” Judge could be referring to a number of things. There is a remaster of the original God of War trilogy currently being worked on if the rumour mill is to be believed. It’s possible that Judge might re-record all the old dialogue to bring the original games more in line with the modern God of War games. To me, that seems unlikely though, as it would mean casting aside the work of original Kratos voice actor Terrence C. Carson. The most likely project Judge is referring to is Amazon’s upcoming Secret Level animated show. We already know Kratos will make an appearance as he was shown in the reveal trailer standing in what appears to be a modern-day setting. Judge’s teasing would likely suggest he will reprise his role as the world’s angriest dad. Of course, there is one last possibility – a sequel to God of War: Ragnarok. While it might seem too soon for such an announcement, it’s worth remember that Santa Monica announced Ragnarok in 2020, just two years after the release of God of War. They did receive criticism for the choice to tease it so early though, as Ragnarok wouldn’t be released until 2022. Still, if Santa Monica wanted to do something similar, we are coming up to it being two years since Ragnarok launched. Adding some oil to the fire is Roberto Clemente, a senior staff animator at Santa Monica Studios. He retweeted another X user’s speculation about what Judge could be alluding to. Also worth noting is that Judge appeared to refer to multiple projects to be announced over the coming weeks. What else could we see? Perhaps more DLC? Maybe a spinoff where we play as Atreus, the son of Kratos? It might also be something unrelated to God of War. What do you think?
