McArthur, 23, is a double youth world champion and earned a bronze medal at his first senior World Championship in Moscow three years ago.
McNeice, 20, and Thompson-Smith, 26, both secured qualification for Paris 2024 at last month’s Olympic Qualifier Series, with McNeice collecting two bronze medals at the events in Shanghai and Budapest.
There are four medal events at Paris across two disciplines – speed and combined (boulder and lead) – with each discipline having a separate competition for male and female climbers.
The GB quartet will compete in the combined category, with the sport climbing events being held from 5-10 August.
