It’s the day after Black Friday, but that doesn’t mean the sales are over. Every year they seem to last longer, right? We’re as happy about Black Friday kitchen deals as we are about pie for breakfast for four days in a row, so our team of expert product testers is still online sorting through thousands of things for your home and kitchen that are on sale so we can tell you which ones are actually worth buying this year. Whether it’s gone through the rounds in the BA test kitchen or is a staple in our own homes, we highly recommend everything on this list.

Fun fact: We’ve actually been keeping an eye on early deals since October. While prices have gone up and down (and there were a lot of great deals during yesterday’s main event) the weekend between Black Friday and Cyber Monday is an excellent time to score some must-have products and steep discounts. So if you’ve been eyeing a new Vitamix blender, Le Creuset Dutch oven, or air fryer, keep reading because they’re all marked down right now.

Cookware deals

Right now, some of our favorite cooking gear is on sale, including our top-tested Dutch ovens, a great cast iron pan, and a cute little ceramic baking dish from DTC cookware brand Great Jones.

DEAL: Staub 7 Qt Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven

A Staub Dutch oven can only be rivaled by a Le Creuset Dutch oven. Both are high-quality pieces of French-made enamelware that’ll last a lifetime with proper care—but in our most recent round of testing, the Staub was our top pick. That’s because the black, textured interior enamel is better for browning and releasing food after cooking and it conceals wear over time. Get a 7-quart size from Williams-Sonoma right now for $170 off and rest easy knowing you’ll get your money’s worth (and then some).

DEAL: Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Round Wide Dutch Oven

When it comes to Staub vs Le Creuset Dutch ovens, we really can’t pick a favorite—it honestly comes down to personal preference. Both heritage French brands make enamelware that will last forever. If you like a wider, shallower style and that Le Creuset je ne sais quois, get this enameled cast iron Dutch oven while it’s on sale for Black Friday.

DEAL: Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Iron Handle Skillet

Enameled cast iron is not nonstick cookware, but with the right temperature and enough butter or oil, it’s pretty damn close. And if you want a versatile frying pan that will last forever (with proper care of course) and requires very little maintenance, this Signature skillet from Le Creuset is the way to go. We love the helper handle and the two pour spouts, and the dark textured interior enamel does a great job of browning and releasing food.

Stainless Steel Divided Hot Pot

We’re at the precipice of hot pot season, and if you’ve never eaten Chinese-style hot pot, consider this a sign to try it out. In brief, a hot pot is a roiling bath of flavored broth, typically stationed at the center of a table, where slices of meat, vegetables, eggs, noodles, and more are plopped in to the broth to cook before being removed and dipped into various sauces, all at the dinner table. This style of pot allows you to have two types of broth—the typical move is to do one spicy and one mild. If you want a comprehensive primer on hot pot cooking, look no further than our guide right here.

DEAL: Lodge 10.25 Inch Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Skillet

A good cast-iron skillet is like a pair of vintage jeans—take care of it, and it’ll last you for years and carry you through just about any situation you could imagine. Lodge makes one of our favorite budget-friendly skillets at under $50, and you can get it at even more of a steal with one of Amazon’s early Black Friday kitchen deals.

DEAL: Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Covered Casserole, 3.6-Quart, Oyster White

The Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Casserole dish is a kitchen workhorse. This oval-shaped covered dish boasts even heat distribution, making it great for baking, broiling, and roasting. The porcelain enameled interior reduces sticking and is easy to clean. Senior commerce writer Emily Farris has been using this one at home for ages and it’s held up like a champ (she even made her popular vegetarian stuffing in it for Thanksgiving this year).

DEAL: Lodge 6-Quart Enameled Cast-Iron Dutch Oven

Le Creuset and Staub Dutch ovens are iconic, no doubt. But not everyone is up for spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a pot. Lodge makes Dutch oven we’ve found more than servicable in our testing for all your braises and stews and it costs about 20% as much as those others.

DEAL: Nordic Ware Naturals Two Half Sheets with 1/8 Sheet Set

You should probably replace your sheet pans before the holidays, and this 3-piece set from Nordicware is a solid choice for a kitchen refresh. It comes with two half-sheets and an eighth-sheet, which will make meal planning and prep a breeze.
